What I do

Four ways to take work off your plate

It always starts with a half-hour call to understand how you work today. If what you need isn't one of these four things, I'll tell you.

Internal systems

They replace spreadsheets and manual data entry. Everyone on your team looking at the same information, up to date.

Who it's for: Businesses where several people record the same thing in different places.

  • Enter and check data from your phone or computer
  • Separate permissions per user
  • Change history: who touched what, and when
  • Export to Excel whenever you need it
Typical timeline
4 to 8 weeks

Business websites

A site that shows your catalogue, stock or services and updates itself from your system. No more uploading photos one by one.

Who it's for: Shops that post what they sell on Instagram and update it by hand.

  • Catalogue wired to your real stock
  • A panel to add products without writing code
  • WhatsApp contact straight from each product
  • Built so people can find you on Google
Typical timeline
2 to 4 weeks

Automations

That repetitive task somebody does every Tuesday, done on its own. Reports, alerts, moving data between systems.

Who it's for: Teams losing hours copying data from one place to another.

  • Connections between systems that don't talk today
  • Reports that arrive on their own by email or WhatsApp
  • Alerts when something looks off
  • A record of every run, in case something fails
Typical timeline
1 to 2 weeks

Product from scratch

A first working version of your idea, live and in front of real users, before you spend the whole budget.

Who it's for: Startups and agencies that need a senior developer for a project.

  • Defining the smallest scope that actually validates the idea
  • A working product, not a design prototype
  • Infrastructure that holds up if it takes off
  • Documented code so another team can pick it up
Typical timeline
6 to 12 weeks
Work

One real problem

Ruz Automotores stock sheet: one row per vehicle, with status, make, model, year, mileage and price
Where they load the stock
Ruz Automotores web catalogue: search, filters by type and make, and a card per vehicle with photo, mileage, price and an enquiry button
How it gets published

Ruz Automotores

Car dealership

The problem

They listed their stock on Instagram by hand, car by car. Every time one sold or a price changed, somebody had to remember to edit the post. Customers asked on WhatsApp whether a car was still available, and the answer depended on someone going to check.

What I built

A web catalogue wired to their real stock. They add a car once, with photos and specs, and it's published instantly. When it sells, it disappears on its own. Every car has a WhatsApp button with the model already written into the message, so enquiries arrive with context.

The result

More enquiries come in over WhatsApp, and they arrive filtered: the customer has already seen the car, the price and the mileage before writing. Stock is easier to manage because there is a single place where the truth lives. And they gained reach: they used to depend on word of mouth, now anyone can see what's available and at what price, which is what builds trust and ends up selling.

How I work

Four steps, no surprises

If you've never hired development before, this is exactly what will happen. There's no fine print.

  1. 01

    We talk

Half an hour on a call or over WhatsApp. You tell me how you work today and where your time goes. I'm not selling you anything on this call.

    30 minutes

  2. 02

    You get a proposal

In writing: what I'll build, what's out of scope, what it costs and how long it takes. A fixed price, not an hourly rate. If it doesn't work for you, that's the end of it and you owe me nothing.

    48 hours

  3. 03

    I build it

I show you progress every week and you can start using it before it's finished. If something isn't what you pictured, we find out in week 2 instead of at the end.

    2 to 12 weeks

  4. 04

    It goes live

I leave it running, show you how to use it, and stay with you for the first month at no cost. The code is yours.

Who I am

Hi, I'm Lautaro

I'm a developer based in Argentina. I've been writing software for seven years, most of that inside large companies where things simply have to work: I spent time at MercadoLibre building parts of the marketplace and MercadoPago, at Grupo Sancor Seguros on workers' compensation systems, and today I work at NaranjaX and HTS.

That left me with a habit that's hard to shake: thinking about what happens when a system grows, when somebody enters something wrong, or when a service goes down. It's the kind of care usually reserved for companies with twenty-person teams.

Alongside that I build things on my own, and that's where your business comes in. My favourite moment is when someone sees for the first time that the work they used to do by hand for hours now happens on its own.
